Looking at the valley, you’ll see the marvelous olive grove that gently goes down the hill: it’s one of the best view of the valley.
In the property there is a natural water source with very pure waters, rich in healthy mineral salt and you

Neighborhood
In the neighborhood of Umbria and Tuscany there are a lot of medieval hilltop villages and towns to visit: Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, Montone, Citerna or Anghiari.
The most famous Umbrian and Tuscany cities (Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Florence) are all within an hour drive from the house.
There are various local festivals and events throughout the year, many with a food theme: these are good opportunities to get a feel with local culture.
Every day, in a different town near the house, there is a local market where you can find
- organic vegetables, from local farm
- Porchetta, the typical Umbrian roasted pig (It’s a must you can’t absolutely miss!!),
- pecorino cheese, produced by local cheesemaker
- sausages and salami produced by local butcher
- and much more
